Hopefully we got enough dirt, we may go back for more?? We are going to put lawn in where the gravel is in the yard. Needing to weed a yard is not a good idea for a rental!

We have water issues in the crawlspace in the house we are renting to Joe. Our sump pumps have failed, and the french drain the previous owners put in is clogged up... so we decided to add some dirt near the house to attempt to have the water flow away from the foundation... We found some nice dirt for free 1/2 way between our house and Joe's...
