Saw this Pheasant hanging out by the soccer fields at Marymoor park. I had never seen a pheasant hanging around there before, what a treat!

Ok, last year we decided to replace our rotting old deck out back. We are finally getting around to building a new one... which progress can be seen here

I posted a link on the right side of this web page called 'our deck project' to make it easy to check our progress.

I used Google Sketchup to draw this version of our new deck. I never finished it, but it gives the idea of the project as a whole.

Don't worry, it will take us a loooooonnnngggg time... our goal is to finish before the decade is out... so 2020 hopefully?? Feeling ahead of schedule already since I thought the concrete would not get done until summer... :)

Suzi got these flowers at work last year. We put them in the garage for the winter. Recently we put them on the portch and they seem real happy now!

This sunrise at home is one of the best we have seen yet.

Suzi found out some of her co-workers were participating in Gospel Fest and she decided she wanted to join in.
